We recognise all of the roles you play, the hats you wear and the weight you carry; provider, protector, leader, emotional anchor, son, father, brother & friend. All whilst navigating cultural & societal expectations and traversing the path of your own personal growth & self-actualisation and the silent struggles that can come with all of the above. You hold so much for others, but when was the last time you allowed ourself to truly let go and simply be?

Join us as we journey beyond the veil in a tightly held energetic container. The day includes Yoga nidra (style of guided meditation) tailored to the group theme, shamanic drum journey, high caliper of energy work, channeled messages, nourishment, and connection.

Shamanic journeying is a tool that has been used cross-culturally for millennia to gain insights and a deeper understanding of self at a soul level. It is during a shamanic journey that you receive knowledge and information from benevolent sources. During this substance free experience, you will be guided through a meditation or yoga nidra practice crafted to a specific theme or intention, then you will listen to the repetitive, rhythmic beat of a shamanic drum. This encourages the shift from beta brainwaves (ordinary consciousness) to alpha or deeper (theta) brainwaves where you have the ability to journey, access the realms unseen, and receive information surrounding a theme or intention.

In this incarnation, we (Hailey & Erin) are blessed to be clear, open channels with the ability to see and hear with precision. We are full time professional energy work practitioners and mediums with combined experience of well over a decade. Ethics and integrity is at the heart of all we do and serve. Our service allows Spirit working through us for the highest and best of another. During the shamanic drumming, we will be supporting each of you with a high caliper of energy work which may include cord cutting, soul retrieval. frequency downloads or upgrades, curse releasing, past life work, malevolent being removal, work around patterns, communing with ancestors or loved ones, messages and more.

As the shamanic journey comes to a close, you will be safely and gently guided back into the present moment, land fully back into your body, and given space to journal or quietly integrate.

We will then reconvene in a sharing circle with a full plate of delicious food catered to all the dietary needs. Here you’ll have the opportunity to speak into your experience then we will tell you exactly what energy work we did and deliver any messages from Spirit in support of your growth and evolution. There may be additional energy work done at this time too.

It’s a potent, transformative day. No two journeys are the same.
