Reiki is a Japanese healing modality used for many holistic supports including to encourage the environment in the body for balance, harmony, and healing to take place. The Reiki energy system exists within each of us. Becoming attuned/initiated in Reiki is elevating the system that’s already within as well as providing a clean energetic container to work from.

Reiki Level I is a foundational course and is open to all who feel called to learn. The first degree enables you to treat yourself, others, those in a chair, plants, animals, the world around you and more through a laying of hands. You do not need to intend on treating others to take this course! Reiki is a gift that you are welcome to keep close to your heart, if you wish. Know that this gift you are giving yourself is forever.

What to expect:

Groups are intentionally intimate, 6-8 people, to allow space for questions, shares, and individual support where required.

Each day I provide a table full of fresh food catered to all dietary requirements (fruit and veg, meats, cheeses, crackers, dips, baked goods, nuts, and chocolate).

You’ll have access to the kitchen if you’d like to bring additional food for yourself.

I aim to ensure that the information is comprehensive and no one gets left behind so those who graduate this training walk away feeling well prepared, informed, and supported.

Embarking on the second degree is not dependant on mastery of the first degree information, but rather is an invitation to deepen your relationship with the modality, yourself, and perception of energy in and around you.

Over two days, we will further enhance your Reiki system through the attunement and explore the ins and outs of conducting distance sessions for self, others, and situations.

You will receive 3 Japanese symbols, learn how to draw them, and explore the energetics of each.

You’ll learn their uses, how to integrate them with your hands on first degree practices, and learn to send Reiki beyond time, space, dimensions, and reality. Distance Reiki is potent but treatments are shorter (20-30 mins for self and others and 12 mins for a situation) which can help to make treatments more accessible. This class is a blend of conversation, exploration through guided meditation and art, practice, and attunement.

Reiki Mastership is a journey; one that takes its own time and is individual. Becoming a Reiki Master in this lineage does not take place in a group class. It is a threshold that you cross and a single attunement in a setting of your choosing followed by a 1 year cleanse. Crossing the threshold to Reiki Master is more about your relationship with the energy, the actual attunement, and allowing that final initiation to carry you forth for the highest and best. There is minimal intellectual information pieces that are passed on here.

To best ready you for your attunement, you will have a minimum of three 1:1 mentoring sessions with me. This may be done in person or virtually. I want to see the way you have cultivated your relationship with Reiki and they way you work with the energy. We can also fill in any gaps between lineages.

The investment is $705-$1,005. ($150 for each mentoring session and $555 for the actual attunement). Payment plans are available.

The Reiki Master Teacher pathway is the only pathway in this lineage that enables you to attune others and teach Reiki classes. This is a self paced mentorship with me, not a group class. One at a time I will send you a lesson which may include:

- self inquiry and reflection

- journaling prompts or practices

- research

- deep contemplation and digestion of Reiki material

- construction of manuals

- teaching 2 Level I classes and 2 Level II classes

- preparing Reiki Master material

- Space holding

- Ethical practice

- Evaluation

- deepening your relationship with Reiki

- 1:1 meetings with me to go over your lesson or provide support whilst you are working through a lesson

- consistent 1:1 support from me which looks like round the clock access to text, voice message, emails

There is no time limit to complete this course. Some may finish within 12 months, others it may take years. The average has been about 2 years. All is perfect. No matter your timing, I’ll walk alongside you each step of the way. You will come away from this program knowing you are completely equipped, confident, working in integrity, and fully grounded in all Reiki materials, teaching all degrees of classes, space holding, and ethical practice.
